Project Car - 1984 Volkswagen Vanagon

This February, inspired by my work at GoWesty Camper Products, I purchased a 1984 Volkswagen Vanagon, affectionately known as Bernie Vanders. In my free time, I’ve been working on making it mechanically sound and building it out for camper trips! The van started life as a transporter, meaning it had two rows of backseats and no camping options. In the time I’ve owned it, I’ve replaced all of the engine fuel lines (including putting my own parts from GoWesty on), installed new wheels and tires, converted the back seat to a folding bed (Known as a Z-Bed), and replaced numerous miscelaneous original components.
